^I guess the news on Kid's defeat by Shanks got out, and believing him to be dead Black jumped on the chance to impersonate Kid. Kinda like when Black impersonated Luffy back when he thought the Straw Hat captain was a goner. Seems like Black just has a like for impersonating famous 'dead' people.
Slow chapter with not much going on. Seeing Gorosei use COC is something. Although if Saturn could use it then why was he using his cane to destroy den den mushi in the first place?
I am curious why the gorosei are so mad about what Vegapunk is saying, he hasn't said anything negative yet necessarily. Also why Vegapunk wanted video?
