@MythicDrake if Smoker is a spy for Dragon, him trying to capture Luffy could’ve been all for show or he could’ve joined the Revolutionary Army after the events of Lougetown. After all, we didn’t know that X Drake was a Rear Admiral until Wano Arc and Vergo was a spy for Doflamingo.
