We didnt see edward in armament haki only conquer haki so garp reason gol d roger era

Prime Garp without a doubt. His Galaxy Impact just says it all cuz COME ON! No other character has shown armament that insane so far that we know of. The only characters that comes close is Koby and maybe Aokiji (I said maybe bc we still didn't see his advanced armament fully at play yet).

Easily garp. he has not been shown to have acoc, and he has insane ap.

@Chargerx999 He does. He showed it when he used Galaxy Impact which is advanced armament infused with conquerors. The huge lighting streaks always indicate conquerors haki.
