The Commander in chief is not an "organization", it's a rank, one that in order to get, you would have to spend decades in the Marines, become Fleet Admiral and then, you might get promoted to Commander in Chief (if it's vacant).

Is there any part of the WG that hasn't taken a huge L? anyway I'm going with sword everybody there is a good person though they are kinda of L group since they lost garp

@The person with a username do you expect the World Government to win every battle? And considering that the organization has lasted for 800 years, I’d say that’s a pretty big win.

Let's see:

• CP9 are trained since they are kids so I would not be chosen for that.

• SWORD would not like my more mercenary mindset. I would not fit in.

• Seraphim controller? is that a thing?

• I would not be born a Celestial Dragon, I'm not that lucky.

• Marines seems to be the only possible choice for me.

@Blackbeard069 Seraphim controllers isn’t an organization or unit, but there are certain members of the World Government that has authority chips to control them like CP-0, the SSG, and of course the Five Elders. So, when I said Seraphim controller, I meant having an authority chip. I couldn’t fit all of that in the comment line either.

One win the World Government has is the fact they defeated the Great Kingdom 800 years ago. That Kingdom was more advanced than Egghead and they still lost despite having the Ancient Weapons. Besides, most people and organizations usually have a “little L” attached to it. At Whole Cake Island Arc, the Straw Hats succeeded in escaping, but they lost Pedro. In Marineford Arc, Ace technically was saved, but he later died which was an L for Luffy and the Whitebeard Pirates. The Sun Pirates were able to become a Warlord crew and free Arlong from Impel Down, but they lost Tiger. The Minks were able to protect Raizo from Jack, but they nearly died and Cat Viper and Dogstorm are permanently mutilated. The Straw Hats defeated the Beast Pirates, but lost Izou and Doji which was also an L for Momonosuke, Hiyori, and the remaining Nine Red Scabbards. I don’t know what point you’re trying to make or prove.

I wouldn’t give him your time if i were you. Time is one of the most precious things we have. You gonna waste it on someone like him?
