Slavery: Enslaving Gan Fall's Army probably out of fear that they will rebel against him, and that they will worship Gan and not him. this will give him a

First Degree Murder: Killed a Trespasser: as in Enel’s law you can’t pass Upper Yard or else you will get slaughtered. for killing this trespasser Endl would get another.

Mass Murder: Enel Killed anyone Who Spoke Ill of Him, since we don’t know the exact amount of people he killed I will just give him another.

Attempted First Degree Murder: Enel attempted to kill Kamakiri and Another Shandian Warrior probably because they were on Upper Yard and that’s forbidden territory but also probably because they were The Straw Hats Allie’s. So I would give Enel
25 years in prison as him killing people who were trespassing wasn’t out of the ordinary for him so this is premeditated, so because nothing out of the ordinary happened nothing angered him so I can’t give him second degree attempted murder.
Attempted Mass Murder: Enel attempted to Destroy Giant Jack and destroy Upper Yard this means Enel tried to kill the Straw Hats, the Shandian warriors and his own army.
Life Sentence
Attempted First Degree Murder: Enel attempted to kill Gan Fall and mocked him over the enslavement and deaths of his army in order to bait Gan Fall into attacking him for it to be easier to kill him, this means that Enel already had a plan on how to kill Gan Fall making this premeditated attempted murder so

Attempted First Degree Murder: Attempted to Kill Nico Robin, Zoro, and Wyper for defying him these attempts led to massive injuries. So Enel gets the usual
25 years in prison for each attempt. Total: 75 years
