Gomu Gomu no mi has far greater potential. But a very small portion of the world can fulfill it's potential to half of the extent Luffy did. Hana Hana no mi is much easier to master, so that's what I'll pick between the two.

Nika fruit is a good oprtion, and waaay more funnier to use anyways although....for unspecified reasons imma say hana hana no mi

I would generally say the Hana Hana no mi and only for the soul reason for the fact it would make doing things a lot easier for me in life and I would be able to achieve more.
