Doubtful. Almost positive he’d need to defeat them in order to steal their df. And i don’t think he’s winning. At best, he could nullify their powers mid fight and even then he needs to physically touch them in order to do so. The most difficult person to steal powers from is Kaido considering how monstrous he is. I could see him launching Teach across the battlefield in close quarters combat. He could also use his long range attacks in his dragon form.
Big Mom also has long range attacks via homies plus swordsmanship. She’d be the second most difficult to steal powers from
Luffy would be the most easiest to steal powers from. Not only that, i could see Teach going for Luffy’s powers in particular. The two most destructive fruits along with the most ridiculous power in the world? He really would be unstoppable.
