My best and only guess is Nefertari Vivi because she opposed to Morgans' plan to distribute newspapers painting Luffy as Vegapunk's killer and should thereby reunite with the Straw Hat Pirates as their permanent diplomat in order to clear Luffy's name and prove Morgans wrong - even her pet duck Karoo should also join the crew again permanently this time as their official mascot.
@Harry Vallet It's deff not Vivi considering she's with Morgans and she deff wouldn't be waiting for them at Elbaf. It's not Sabo since he's with the RA and the same can be said for Dragon and Imu is at the one place he/she is usually always at being Marijoa. The only logical ones that it could be is Loki (quite literally the prince of the giants), or Hinokizu.
