Seriously; the last time he was EVER Relevant to the Plot was back in Dressrosa;

He hasn't done ANYTHING Useful in over a DECADE!!

When is Oda going to STOP ****ING Over Usopp like he had been?!!

When will he get some Upgrades; to his arsenal AND his Observation Haki?!!

I Can't stand how Oda is Doing my Favorite Strawhat so dirty?!!

At this point; If He can't stop getting nothing but Ls; ESPECIALLY since he's now a part of a Yonko's Crew;

Oda would just be better off Killing him off if he doesn't plan on giving him signficant character development!!
