Now I've just written a response saying Doflamingo loses this. But it is Zoan Jack specifically, the one with no blades, with no extra movement, in what is at best his second strongest form. Given Doflamingo should be in the same ballpark of power and his greater versatility I'd say he can win this one because of Jack being restricted to the least versatile form, as Jack lacks versatility in general and taking away his arms leads to him being unprepared for Doflamingo
