Kizaru. Current Garp can't even endure an attack from Shiryu, and Kizaru is capable of enduring attacks from awakened Luffy. Garp at this point is not capable of enduring any attack from Kizaru with all due respect.

@Teslamyman1 With all due respect but old Garp is not mid diffing any admiral, even Greenbull. Again, Garp couldn't even handle a regular stab wound from Shiryu, so how's he dealing with a admiral like Kizaru?

Guys, Garp easily blitz Kuzan twice and practically took on the whole BB pirates by himself. Had it not been for the fact he got hurt defending Koby and the great Galaxy Impact technique he used earlier Kuzan would have got mid diff.
