Actually charys aint that far off zoros strongest attack is only a bit stronger than base luffy if we look at the feats

Asura zoro: cut kaido, outspeed him and overpower him slightly

Base luffy with advanced haoshoku: draw blood from kaido, outspeed him and overpower him slightly

Kaido had to go drunken mode, he was genuinely getting outsped by base luffy (it may have been gear 2 i forget)

No Zoro strongest attack at full strength is way stronger than g1 Luffy it would take g4 Luffy to do the same (wano arc. g1 Luffy currently is g4 luffy wano-egghead level

000999, just bc Zoro's strongest attack is stronger than Luffy's doesn't change anything. Luffy casually has better speed and reaction speed than Zoro and could easily block his attack or just straight up dodge it. Kaido when he got cut by Zoro wasn't even using future sight, so I'm sure if he was, Kaido could've evaded his attack considering in his slowest form (full dragon form), he was able to flat out evade all of Snakeman's attacks and bypassed Luffy's future sight. Luffy is def stronger than base Zoro even if his strongest attack is weaker than Zoro's strongest attack.
