If its by lore its definitely robin. but if its by how bad it is compared to others its luffy

Of coarse if Brook was in there, he would automatically win or be tied with Robin.

If brook was there he is easily had it the worst. MY GUY WAS STUCK IN DARKNESS IN A BROKEN ABANDONED BOAT FOR 50+ years NO FOOD NO NOTHING. NOT EVEN ENTERTAINMENT. just nothing.

Zoro had it the best and still acts the most edgiest

Robin became a fugitive for her whole life

Law also became a fugitive

Sanji was abused as a kid and later left to become a chef with Zeff

Franky lost Tom because of his inventions and had immense guilt

Nami was forced to be a slave for Arlong.

Luffy lived in his home country/island and spent time with his family.

He had the best Childhood.
