The differences only in Naruto Universe there are more variety of jutsu how chakra applied based on each character uniqueness for their signature jutsu I mean it less cool if all people can use conqueror haki right, from clairvoyance of senrigan, flights, healing to raising the dead chakra has way more stronger and versatile use to each user objectively
Oda literally said inspired by Dragon Ball and Naruto even Sanji name was used to be naruto you know thats why haki introduced very late in the series to avoid it. Eventhough as character I like zoro rather than sasuke but if they fight I need to judge fairly

There's no problem if the representation of the speeds is inconsistent, as long as they're capable of doing it and even more so HAVE done it then it doesn't make sense to assume they won't. Explain how that evidence is lacking. It clearly provides us with info on how Oda's writing works and that he wouldn't write a character doing what they're completely capable of doing, even if they are completely capable of doing it (Read the article above since that also explains more about this topic). First of all, Haki isn't chakra at all, even the way they work is completely different (Chakra is the limited source of the Naruto characters' power while Haki is unlimited and isn't a source of power but rather a whole different power system in the One Piece verse). So all of those Genjutsu's wouldn't work at all since Genjutsu's disturb chakra flow in the nervous system (which One Piece characters don't have at all) to make an illusion internally, not make an actual illusion.

The only Genjutsu that would work on those without chakra is the Infinite Tsukuyomi since Kaguya caught humans who didn't have chakra in their bodies at the time, in the Infinite Tsukuyomi back when Hagoromo was still alive.
As for the Izanagi, Sasuke can only use that once before he goes blind in one eye and gets slammed even further.

I will repeat this again so listen closely, luffy has FTL COMBAT speed and NOT TRAVEL speed. luffy CANNOT run at the speed of light but he can FIGHT at the same speed. the only one who can actually TRAVEL at the speed of light is marco and im pretty sure @Seekerbro has the scans for it.
So lemme repeat it for the septillionth time, travel speed is NOT the same as combat speed. right now, all you're yapping is how luffy has FTL TRAVEL speed when thats not the case. he has FTL COMBAT speed and NOT TRAVEL speed.

Again, you are completely ignoring our reasonings. we have told you that travel speed is NOT the same as combat speed. running/flying isnt the same as punching or dodging things. So i highly suggest you open your eyes next time when you read our replies. luffy can PUNCH at the speed of light but NOT RUN at the speed of light. they are completely different things.
