Doflamingo is written better. kaidou is stronger

After all, in some cases its not just always about their personality it's their choreography, and lore and connections that makes them kinda more appealing. kaidou kinda failed to show that failing to keep up the plot twists and consistency doflamingo did. P.S its mostly due to how wano arc was written which made kaidou worse. doflamingo may be manipulative but the story was executed very well
