Dragon shoud be Yonko level or maybe higher and Sabo is only Yc1 levl .

I mean, he is called the worlds most dangerous criminal it would be an understatement to just put him at "yonko" @Balloon111

Yonko or higher + dangeroeus does not you mean you are stronger .
