Shamrock's Powers

What are gonna be Shamrock's powers? I think he has the Circle DF and 3 Type Advanced Haki. I don't know if he'll clash with Luffy, but it's a strong possibility.

Also, I think he's weaker than Shanks, since he waited for him to leave Elbaph to go after Loki.

In my opinion, Shamrock is about YC or Admiral Level, just a bit weaker than the Elders.

Old Garp is about mid Admiral Level which is likely stronger or equal to the Elders.

I'm pretty sure nobody within the World Government is relative to any Yonko (except Buggy and Crocodile).

Akainu is relative to the yonkos (by narrative, as a fleet admiral) @Httpedrokkk

Admirals can COMBAT against yonkos so it wouldnt be outlandish to say this

Im thinking Shamrock is as strong as unmastered gear 5 luffy, maybe even a little stronger because he has to be an issue (either that or he's zoro level)

Him waiting for shanks to leave doesnt immediately mean weaker, im thinking its a "i dont want to fight shanks" and i mean who would want to? It'd be shanks+allies against just him
