Ryokugyu, high/high - extreme diff. He easily defeated a weakened King & Queen and overpowered weakened Scabbards & Base Yamato simultaneously. He also defeated Weevil who's stated by Kizaru to be comparable to Teen WB and in the vivre cards, comparable to Pre-Illness WB (though Teen WB seems more believable).
