I would give the Soru Soru No Mi to Bowser (from Super Mario), the Jiki Jiki No Mi to Robotnik/Eggman (from Sonic) and the Uo Uo No Mi: Seryu model to Lu Bu (from Shuumatsu No Valkyrie)
