Hear me out, we Know that Kizaru can move at the speed of light but i don't think that is the case in the Manga/anime. You may now the thing that if a needle would fly atblightspeed down tot earth it would ben like star bomba. But then how does kizarus kicks don't do nearly dat amount of damage.
