Believe it or not, March 1st today marks one whole year since Akira Toriyama died (the news of which didn’t become public until March 8th).
Toriyama is most famous for the iconic Dragon Ball franchise, one of the key inspirations for countless artists throughout the ages, including of course our very own Eiichiro Oda.
Among many other One Piece & Dragon Ball collabs, we got Cross Epoch in December 2006, a wonderful little crossover between the two legends.
Rest in peace Toriyama sensei, you will be forever missed.😭🐉❤️
