Usopp did claim to be a descendant of Mont Blanc Noland to get on the Tontatta Tribe’s good side but latter admitted to them he lied about that. Though the Tontattas still refer to him as Usoland, obviously out of respect for the role he played in freeing Dressrosa from the Donquixote Pirates and even made a statue in his honor using his Usoland alias (and also styling it to looking like the face he made when he made Sugar freak out, which is hilarious)
Another thing I funny is that Kaku gets mistaken for Usopp even when Usopp is in the same location
