Sommer's Devil Fruit seems to be busted as shit so far,

The Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit user guy was said to have awakened his DF, so he should be at least on Kaku's level (YC3), possibly up to YC1.

Gunko has a pretty busted DF herself and an "Abnormal Haki", so she might even be low Yonko or Fleet Admiral level.

Shamrock could even be mid Yonko level but he doesn't really have any feats so far.

Garling is probably high Mid Yonko or low High Yonko level.

I would see ussop to face sommers with his powers it's would be interesting
