For now, I vote for Sengoku, but I wouldn't be surprised if Dragon proves to be more powerful than his father (and therefore Sengoku too at the same time)

Dragon will be High Yonko/Pirate King Level.

I can see how Dragon could somehow be High Yonko level but he most likely isn't going to be stronger than Sengoku, unless his DF is actually INSANE.

That being said, hoping that Dragon would be stronger than Prime Garp is mostly idiotic.

Prime Garp was surely Pirate King Level. Dragon will be a bit weaker, but not enough to put him at Yonko Level.

I wish him to have the Kaze Kaze no Mi and to be extremely creative with it.

kids tend to outperform their parents in shonen, so i wouldn't be surprised if dragon was stronger than garp, and luffy was stronger than dragon

I don't think it's a matter of parents and children, but of generations.

Though this can be dismissed as the last Worst Generation (mainly those who were at Roger's execution) didn't surpass Roger's Gen.
