Like I said on the hot takes, anime Skypiea doesn’t have bad pacing, it’s just your attention spans. The idea of Luffy’s ripped vest would be revisited in the second half of the series. I’d say watching Luffy take down a god was pretty epic, considering he had the disadvantage of a lack of Haki. Without further ado, I’ll give it an 8.5/10.
