Honestly, I put Zoro cuz he trained his whole life to be stronger, having miracles happen again and again when he fight. Yamato is strong, but she just doesn't have as much effort as Zoro.
Yamato wins, Mid-diff. Yamato Admiral level and like Luffy proved they could hold their own against (a Weakened)Kaido by themselves. Zoro still below Admiral level,his fight against Lucci proves it even further. 😎
