Me personally, Shanks is the most overestimated with Sengoku being the most underestimated.
Yes Shanks has the best haki of any yonko we've seen, but his haki is not making him instantly win against other top tiers ppl. With that logic, Shanks > prime Whitebeard because you can't tell me Whitebeard's haki is stronger or more impressive than Shanks's? Than people also like to put Shanks above Kaido bc of him stopping Kaido from going to MF even though he showed up with no injuries whatsoever despite both being equal in power and status.
And Sengoku is def the most underestimated in terms of power. He was the only marine besides Garp that could rival Roger and is heavily underestimated due to not having many feats shown on screen. With that logic, Imu or Shamrock are incredibly weak since we haven't seen much from them? The dude has a mythical zoan devil fruit (possibly awakened) while having every form of haki (likely most, if not all advanced).
