Bounties

This is a list of Luffy's bounties if all his feats had been taken into account:

East Blue: Luffy defeated Alvida, Morgan, Buggy, Kuro, Krieg and Arlong. However, the Marines only knew about Morgan, Buggy, Krieg and Arlong. I'm also considering the fact that he has an Akuma no Mi on the weakest sea, which was a great advantage there.

Buggy + Krieg + Arlong = 52M. I'll give him 3M for defeating Morgan and 5M for being a Paramecia. So Luffy's first bounty should've been 60 Million.

Arabasta: Even though Smoker took the credits for the Arabasta Incident, Luffy was also responsible for Wapol's defeat, who was also a WG affiliated kingdom as he himself stated. Considering a 60M bounty, I'd give him a 90M increase for his brotherhood (or at least friendship) with Ace being revealed to the Marines while also defeating a Shichibukai. Luffy's 2nd bounty should've been 150 Million.

Enies Lobby: Luffy has now a 150M bounty. I'd give him 100M for assaulting Enies Lobby, 100M for declaring war against the World Government and 50M for escaping from a Buster Call targeted at him, destroying Enies Lobby in the process. Luffy's bounty should've been 400 Million.

Marineford: I'll consider all his feats from Thriller Bark to Marineford. Also, I'm considering that this bounty would be issued after his return, as it would be pointless to issue such a high bounty for a crewless pirate whose whereabouts nobody knows.

Defeating Moria: +50M.

Hitting Charlos: +300M.

Impel Down breakout: +50M.

Summit War: +50M.

Being Dragon's son: +50M.

Being a Haki user: +100M.

Luffy's bounty (after returning to Sabaody) should've been 1 Billion.

Dressrosa: Having a 1B bounty, Luffy would enter the New World recognized as a big threat. I'd give him the following increase:

Punk Hazard Events: +50M.

Allying with Law: +50M.

Dressrosa Events: +100M.

Luffy's 5th bounty should've been 1.2 Billion.

Whole Cake Island: I'll assume that the Marines only know about both Cracker's and Katakuri's defeats. So, in this case:

Defeating Cracker: +300M.

Defeating Katakuri: +500M.

I won't give him any increase for challenging Big Mom cause that's not big deal for a 1.2B criminal. So, Luffy's 6th bounty should've been 2 Billion.

Wano Country: I won't equalize his bounty to Law's and Kid's. Luffy is clearly the strongest of them.

Defeating Kaido: +1B.

Awakening the Nika Fruit: +500M.

Joining the Yonko: +500M.

Luffy's 7th bounty should've been 4 Billion.

Elbaph: He doesn't have big feats there yet, but I'll assume that he'll defeat Loki and the God's Knights (with Shamrock), forcing them to retreat.

Egghead Incident: +250M.

Elbaph Events: +250M.

Luffy's next bounty should be 4.5 Billion.

Thoughts?

What would've been Luffy's bounty if he had beaten Big Mom (at WCI) and Kaidou (at Wano)? I bet it'd be around 4.5 ~ 5 billion.

I can’t believe I only just noticed that the combined bounties for the Four Emperors has been dropping with each defeat. I’ve been so focused on the individual bounties always going up and the Emperors always being replaced, I never noticed they’re worth almost 4 billion less than when they were originally founded

If it weren’t for Morgans reporting and the supernovas being effectively ruled out, Luffy having the lowest bounty of the four and being the newest would likely have made him a target. Specifically for pirates thinking the 4 emperors power had wained and Luffy could be easily replaced. Since like law said in order to survive in the new world you either fight the emperors or join them

Something I also never thought about was Teach is screwed if Luffy meets up with Shanks in Elbaf. As strong as he is and even with 3 devil fruits he and his crew aren’t surviving a 1v2 against the red hair and straw hat pirates especially if it’s both fleets. You also have cross guild which is far more likely to remain neutral, however if Buggy actually gets cross guild to go after the one piece and all four show up to get the last Poneglyph there’s at least a very small chance that either Buggy or Mihawk would get cross guild involved simply because they want to be the ones to beat Shanks and are willing to get rid of Teach to make that happen

I think it would probably be between 3.5 billion and 4 billion.

In chapter 957, it is said that no pirate has ever surpassed the bounties of Roger and Newgate, and since Xebec is a pirate, his bounty must be less than WB's bounty (5,046,000,000), the bounties of the pirates who are at the top of piracy, like the Yonko and Roger, have a Japanese wordplay called "Goroawase" where turn words into numbers, since we don't have much information about Xebec I will use his name for the wordplay.

His Romanized name is "Rokkusu Dī Jībekku" and his name in hiragana is "ろっくす・D・じーべっく" so doing the Goroawase with Rocks we have

Using only the largest numbers for his bounty, with Rocks we have the bounty of 4,X62,940,000 and with Xebec we have the bounty of 4,X48,290,000.

My final guesses are

I changed the X to 9 because Linlin's bounty is about 300 million greater than Shanks', Kaido's bounty is about 300 million greater than Linlin's, so Xebec would have a bounty about 300 million greater than Kaido's

The another guess

I changed the X to 0 because it gets a little smaller than Shanks' and that would show that the current pirates are just as strong/dangerous as the ones from the past era and also because I like the theory of Shanks being Xebec's son (even though the chances of that happening are tiny) so father and son having close bounties would be interesting

I saw a post earlier from NLMani19 talking about Cross Guild and that got me thinking about what kind of bounty they’d put on a Vice admiral or Admiral? Cause that’s what they do, no? They put bounties on marines heads and so I just wanted to know what the community thinks an admirals or Vice Admirals bounty would be. Additionally what about Vice Admirals like Garp? He’s a special case because he has the strength of an Admiral even turning down several Promotions 🤔

Poor Chopper and Franky, especially the latter.🤣 First Iron Franky and now Sunny?!😅 Seems like they can never catch a break, lol.

The rest of the bounties are pretty good, and Sanji's reaction to being "demoted" again to lower place among the "top Monster group" was hilarious.

The origin of Cross Guild is revealed, seeing Crocodile and Mihawk obviously pissed at Buggy was a treat to see.

The revealed bounties of the three new "best friends" are pretty cool.

And we get a call from Sabo, waiting with excitement and nervousness to hear what he has to say about Cobra and Vivi.

Like 1 star = hundred million beri

2 stars = 200 million

3 stars = 300 million

4 stars = 400 million

5 stars= 500 million?

I think people have misunderstod what the yonko and the seven warlords of the sea system is.I think that the main reason for why the yonko are said to be stronger then the seven warlords of the sea is because of their influence upon the world.It's not about strength i think the yonko system was put in place for people that the citizens of the one piece world would genuinly wanna follow.

I think the main reason for why the seven warlords aren't admired as much is because they have no intrest in it beyond getting their own needs met.

Boa hancock hates men.Doflamingo is a psychopath.Gecko Moria just uses people while doing no work.While crocodile just wants to destroy everything.Mihawk has no intrest in forging any sort of alliance because it wouldn't improve his combat strength.While Edward weevil just wants to destroy the world because he has daddy issues.Then there's buggy i honestly just think he was bumped up into his current yonko position because the gorosei didn't do their homework on him.I think luffys new bounty just clarifies that you can be a pirate with a three billon dollar bounty without having to follow anyone

I read a cool theory on here the other day and the person predicted luffys next bounty it was really good so I was thinking will he even have a bounty endgame?

After all we are in the final phases now so this potentially could be his last bounty with bellies?

If Luffy succeeds he potentially won't just be pirate king he will be the person in control or someone close will?

Unless Luffy takes out Blackbeard next or an admiral what would make his bounty rise not another island liberation that's been done.

Obviously finding laughtale and the one-piece is the next answer but still all the above scenarios could possibly go down whilst he finds it ?

If Luffy defeats admirals and yonko it rises with bellies but once he finds laughtale it's wanted DEAD?

Color spread for the new OP game is pretty nice.

The new bounties for Luffy, Law and Kid are kinda close to what I expected. Luffy's Nika form in the bounty picture is something I didn't see coming though, that is pretty neat.😊 Looking forward to seeing the increase of everyone else's bounties.

Here is hoping to catch a glimpse of Pluton soon enough.

Ryokugyu looks...eh, pretty bland imo. Right now I'm more interested on the Japanese actor he is modeled after (Yoshio Harada) tbh. His plant manipulation ability also looks nice.

Buggy as an Yonko is nice for the laughs but as someone who always disliked him I can't help but feel like it was done just for that, the laughs. I'm annoyed,😑 but glad for any Buggy fan who enjoys it though.

Overall, a decent chapter. And now Oda is taking a well-deserved rest, and OP is on a one-month break so he can prepare the final saga. Wow, just saying the words, final saga, brings a overwhelming feeling over me.😭 The series has come a long way but sooner or later we will reach the end. I'm so glad to have read OP from the start at a young age, and I will continue follow it to finishing line.👍

One piece will be back in one month and Luffy, law and Kid, all got their bounties raised to 3 billion. But we don’t know if the other straw hats will get bounties but is very possible so here’s my new predictions based on the last chapter
