In chapter 1088 we saw Koby use a technique called Honesty Impact. From that I think Koby is now YC3 level. Stronger than Jack or Cracker and equal to Jinbei or slightly weaker.
This might be weird, but I hate Koby & Garp. For Garp, I like more serious/mysterious Marines like Borsalino, Onigumo, Sengoku, and Momonga. Not Sakazuki though, he's weird. I know Koby is supposed to be the Future of the Marines, he's serious about his job and stuff, but he never goes and does something like Onigumo sneaking up on Marco, which makes him look intimidating.
Or Kizaru clapping most of the Supernovas in seconds, and still having that high face like he knows he can kill them faster. (this is not the actual picture of it cuz i couldnt find the actual thing. its supposed to be a display of strength and somehow kizaru can clap the Supernovas while on the za)
Look at his smug face.
I also like the Blackbeard Pirates, so Garp and Koby beating them up was horrifying to me. Especially Sanjuan Wolf, he's my favorite one.
Koby also needs to workshop "Honesty Impact". Like "Ooh, Galaxy Impact!" to "ahh... Honesty Impact.." That name is horrible. Ok bye✌

It seems pretty obvious he does, because he was emanating black lighting like Garp's attacks, and his fist didn't even make contact with Pizzaro's hand. But here on the wiki, Honesty Impact is just listed as a Busoshoku Haki attack. Shouldn't it be Haoshoku?
