People might not care but I'm on the fishmen island arc. I don't care about spoilers because THE ENTIRE SHOW ALREADY HAS BEEN. I really am not mad I'm just saying that I'm falling behind because I already know what's going to happen. I watch One Piece on Crunchy R

I am currently reading volume 63 of one piece, and I am getting extremely frustrated by otohime. She acts in such a dumb way that it is almost evil to the fish man island people.

I mean, I get that she is supposed to be compassionate, but she should at least do that with a bottom line that would protect her people. Simply trying to change her people to accept humans without any meaningful protection when they are being hunted by the surface people is dumb and even harmful to them.

Recently I rewatched the entirety of One Piece and I want to ask one thing: why do people hate Fishman Island? This arc is great! It isn't perfect and the Sanji moments at the start of the arc sucked, i know, but the middle section and the ending just are some of the best parts of the entire series. The Tiger and Otohime flashback was great and involved some of the most important themes of the series, and the blood transfusion scene in the end had me crying. Personally I love the arc and think that it is one of the series' best

What if the One Piece is under Raftel, in the sea like at the bottom. It might connect to the All Blue, somehow maybe that could somehow trigger something that destroyed Fish Man Island. That also could be why it is so hard to locate. But that's probably just because it is an island in the middle of a world.

Deserves more recognition of how strong she’s gotten as well.

(Contains spoilers from Fishman island arc. If you have not made it to the Fishman island arc or beyond that I advise you to not read unless you have already read the manga.)

I think that we should all have the same idea of what The Noah is to be used for. But I cant read minds so here’s what I think. But first a little recap on what The Noah is. The Noah is a huge ark that is introduced in the Fishman Island Arc after the two-year time-skip. The Noah was not to be moved from its resting spot until the appointed time it’d be put to use. Which in this case is right around the corner. So what is it’s use? My guess is that it’s a ship used for evacuation. In the Fishman island arc, Madam Shyarly made a prediction that Luffy would destroy Fishman island. Before you ask, yes, this theory is also related to the redline theory. Now The Noah’s approx. size is about half of Fishman Island, and the total population is about 5 million. If that’s the case I believe that The Noah was built to carry all of the islanders up to the surface safely. I say surface because the relocation of Fishman island was discussed during the reverie. If you don’t know what the reverie is, it is a council formed by the world government. It consists of 50 of the worlds leaders. The main reason Fishman Island was discussed to be relocated on land is because it was deceased Queen Otohimes dream. Anyway, The Noah has chains attached to it for the sea kings to pull.

This means that The Noah was made for the sea kings to pull it. Now about the redline theory. Since the redline is to be destroyed that means that Fishman island would be destroyed along with it since it’s right under the redline. Which also supports Madam Shyarlys prediction. But I believe after the Wano arc concludes Oda will start revealing answers to these questions more frequently.

But what do YOU think the Noah’s for?

Why is this arc hated on? Its a good arc imo. I really love the Fisher Tiger flashbacks, they are really entertaining and really awesome. I won’t understand the hate it gets.

Why is homie inside a bubble? I get that the devil fruit take away his ability to swim but does it take away his ability to breathe under water too?

Just got to the time-skip and i really don't want to watch the WHOLE arc, what episodes should I skip?
