1. Usopp: dont need an explanation
2. Jinbei: dont need an explanation
3. Luffy: its just that his goofy (from Pre TS), and badass moments from post TS carries him
4. Brook: his DF powers are interesting and ice related. and YOHOHOHO
5. Robin: everything about her is good its just that i find her less interesting than the people higher on the list
6. Chopper a bit lower than robin. but then chopper is so cute in post timeskip and pre timeskip
7. Nami: Clima Tact, Zeus and Her Backstory (in arlong park) CARRIES HER CHARACTER.
8. Franky: Pre Timeskip Carries franky all the way. they done him dirty post timeskip
9. Zoro & Sanji: dont even ask why.
