Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu

We have seen Sengoku use his fruit and name of his fruit but know close to nothing about what his powers really are. Any thoughts on this?

More I think about it, more his DF seems out of place.

He had mythical zoan modeled after Buddha.

To me enlightenment, peace and tranquility that comes to mind.

Add to that Zoan DFs have will of their own, then what's this doing with WG? WG has been nothing but pirates with power to govern. Killing innocents in the name of peace, slaves and all that twisted logic.

One could argue Sengoku might be a lotus in a swamp. But if he was portrayed as righteous and all since the beginning it would make sense. But he has not been. Infact far from it (though not as far as most others). We have seen him do the right thing only after he retired.

Begs the question what his DF really is about. It was shown he transforms into a massive Buddha like form and has lot of physical strength. That's just not sitting well with how anyone would see Buddha.

Why did everybody suddenly forgot about Sengoku?
