So why did Akainu let Bonney live? I'm all caught up and I feel like I skipped past something important with these two.

I want an explanation cause it still boggles me how Akainu let Bonney go. Like I said, I likely skipped past something or just forgot in general.

Toshi Toshi no Mi is shown to have a very straightforward power, allowing its user, currently Bonney, to add or subtract age to her own body or others. However, it also took an interesting turn of event during Egghead incident.

There, she attempted to take on the form of Nika while fighting one of the elders, I believe it was Saturn. However, she failed at first, and Saturn comments it being due to her not believing such future was real. But when she asks Luffy about it, and he tells her to be free, she succesfully becomes Nika.

So, this. What exactly are the bounds of Toshi Toshi no Mi, if it has any? She recreated the power of another Devil fruit with her current Devil fruit, and, judging by Saturn's words, she could do so if she believed it was possible.

Could she then decide to give herself futures where she can, for example, control and turn into ice, or turn into a leopard, or create candy on her skin? It seems her only real boundary is how much she believes it to be possible, but since she already proved she can emulate Hito Hito no Mi: model Nika by believing in a future where she is free, is there a reason she couldn't emulate any other Devil fruit that exists or doesn't even?

So I just read the chapter and I found out that bonney is the second nika. Like Im shocked but really happy. I've always like bonney as a character, and she is finally using her full potential.

Is it just me or does anyone else think of the Big Daddies and Little Sisters from Bioshock every time you think about the story of Kuma and Bonney? Both Kuma and the Big Daddies were people who were operated on, essentially turned into cyborgs, and mentally conditioned to have all their free will taken away to be tools of their respective governments. Except Kuma consented to the surgery and he was not conditioned with rules to protect Bonney. He consented to the surgery because he was promised a cure for his daughter.

So I watched us and inspected it and I found 3 very interesting things(don't judge me if they are wrong I'm not caught up)

1.Sentomaru shooting a light beam from his hand.So if wizaru got died on a fight and his df spawned near sentomaru, he maybe the next owner of pika pika no mi. Or he became a pacifista or smth

2.Bonney is literally coming up from water.She is a df user and we know they can't swim. They can struggle but then got saved or drowned. But NOPE THEY CAN'T SWIM UP FROM THE GOD DAMN WATER

3."nothin happened" attack appears again buuuut we can't clearly see who is going into the "paw" so i inspected it and I saw vivi. Then for no reason vivi turns to someone that we can't understand. That means another nothing happened incoming.

Well according to the manga bonney ate the age-age fruit does it mean that she can make her self immortal not counting phicycal damage.
