I recently discovered that One piece had more movies that i didn't know about, so after seeing the 'One Piece Movie 4: Dead End no Bouken', i saw that Nami fixed Luffy's hat completely with no marks on it after it was almost cut completely to half, but later on they decided to leave the Buggy scratch marks on his hat. So i guess they wont be adding special details from fillers to non-fillers?
