Mihawk could have use haki to cut Buggy but his yoru could not bleed Buggy since Buggy's devil fruit power is a perfect counter to swords. Buggy also felt pain when Mihawk cut him 🤔
Aokiji avoided Whitebeard's haki by forming a hole before the weapon hit him. Whitebeard's haki was weakening back then. That is why he only incapacitated Kizaru while Rayleigh bled Kizaru with his sword. I'm sure armament haki only allows to touch a logia. That explains why Akainu felt that Marco and Vista are haki users. The one worries me is Garp's punch to Marco. It took several days for Marco to recover from Garp's punch with Marco's head covered with bandage in Whitebeard and Ace's funeral 😆
