After luffy's smaller then expected bounty, I think luffy will gain a stupid bounty at the end of the series, to be precise something along the lines of 11,129,600,000.

Why do I think something so specific and stupid? Well, I got bored and decided to look at Japanese wordplay (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_wordplay#Goroawase this is where most of this is from if interested) for things that could indicate luffy's bounty.

I want to just state that I know little to nothing about the japanese language and that this is just a theory, they can be improved on and disproved, I just don't want to theory craft for like 6 hours and then be dissatisfied. So, back to the theory.

When Luffy finds the One Piece, the World Gov would deem him far more of a threat than Roger. Roger never (or at least as far as we know) made any threats to the world gov/actively tried to attack them. Luffy on the other hand, has already done this, and first did so with a 100 mil bounty (Enies lobby), and also he has the devil fruit the gov fears the most (and for a reason). So the gov will make his bounty far higher, either making it 5,6xx,xxx,xxx berri (5-go 6-mu), or higher. I don't think that Oda will make it that boring/predictable, so I think it will be higher. Instead of his bounty starting with 56, I think it will start with 11 (1-Hito).

I then questioned if there are any existing bounties I could multiply by a certain number to reach 11 billion. Roger's bounty: 5,564,800,00 berri x 2 = 11,129,600,000. This so far has 2 main parts I'm semi-confident about and am kinda surprised at this possible coincidence.

2-Ni 9-ku (and also closest thing to 'ka') <-having possible dual meaning of Nika (his fruit) and Niku (meat)

There are most likely things you can find for the 100 mil and 600 thousand bit, but that's all I want to think about and what I have so far :)
