Mine would be the Alabasta arc it just didn't sit well for me and I kinda hoped it would be more since it's the first real arc in the Grand Line, it had some good moments like introducing Ace, and Vivi was an ok addition but too much drama and crying from her.
Pacing is ok imo I enjoy the fillers and all I like to savour it I wouldn't enjoy it if it was main story all the way
