@Softraptor20 yes, very non-canon. He was only from the game Eyes of Heaven, and the events of that got erased at the end (minus Avdol, Kakyoin, and Iggy being brought back to life) on top of that.

But he does have one limit:

His hands need to make contact with something in order to manipulate the reality of it. He also can create environmental effects however, but if his arms are injured or broken in some way, even that shuts off.

Unfortunately he also can just make himself have unlimited time stop, so...
