I recently was curious about Ryuma so I read the one shot for the first time and I came here to learn more. In the trivia section it says the town is located in Wano but is that really correct? Wano is based off of Feudal Japan, their clothes, hair and buildings don’t really match that era, just curious if it’s an error.

I have tried to watch the dub but it just doesn’t sound appealing, it feels like the voices weren’t thought over much just this guy is a tough guy do a tough guy voice and then yeah that’ll work, no real passion in it.

I believe that BB went to Whole Cake island and just started to wreck shit and it forces her to go back and potentially get into a battle with BB on the sea, where she’d be at a huge disadvantage with the quake fruit.

I think that’s just basic observation Luffy and Zoro both showed levels of that before the concept of future sight was introduced. I’m more on the belief that Sanji observation haki is more in line with Coby Enel Aisa.

I don’t have the same hate, because Luffy has done constant things that could’ve gotten him and the crew killed but because he’s the MC nothing happens, frustrating yeah but not hate

She does have a power to turn you really young or super old. And I don’t know how far you are but everything takes time.

Ryuma has the normal Wano attire, so that logic is a little flawed here. It would mean that they went from wearing shirts and pants to wearing kimonos and how their whole culture operated. Wouldn’t the far more likely thing be that this isn’t Wano.

But you can see Wano now, you can see their culture and none of what I’ve seen this arc resembles the town in Wanted and it’s supposed to be hundreds of years ago.

In this context weight wouldn’t be the measure, it would be strength, admirals, Yonko, fleet admiral, Pirate King these would be considered heavy weights the strongest of the strong

I like to think of levels of strength as a class versus power levels, like heavy weight or featherweight. Because saying Yonko level means nothing imo, Big Mom and BB both see Kaido as a monster, Big Mom and Kaido both seem like they have abnormal bodies, Shanks and BB seem more like normal humans, it varies so much but just like boxing if you meet the certain weight you are a heavyweight.

I don’t understand how this is so close, he was literally about to decapitate Kaido, even factoring his fighting style, he wasn’t just letting himself be attack Kaido was actively fighting and Oden was fighting an army so he was at a disadvantage himself. The question was who would win if the old lady didn’t interfere not www in a hypothetical 1v1

Being able to suck the oxygen out the air doesn’t really make you strong, more so your df is really good

I don’t know what Oda said specifically or I could be wrong but I feel like he said he has a reluctance to killing characters for some reason, my only problem is why put characters in situations where a bomb is supposed to be like a nuke and Pell just was able to walk it off. It’s to a point when death happens in the series I don’t take it seriously, I still don’t think Pedro is dead, until the series is over in the back of my head I’m like he somehow he survived.

I think he would be an absolute threat in the first half of the grand line, coming into the new world is where to me he’d realize he’s not the strongest because realistically he’s not going to train, he’s already cocky and he just destroyed the first half he’d go into the new world thinking he’s unstoppable, then someone like doflamingo rips his face up to humble him
