The Horu Horu No Mi. Just the idea of being able to control my own body in ridiculously, biologically impossible ways is somehow appealing to me. Syringe fingers are a bonus. It just seems cool.
I choose Devil Fruit. If I had a choice, probably the Shibo Shibo No Mi because I like to drink. Or the Riki Riki No Mi, because being strong would be nice.
@IFDIOWASINBAKI Ah. That gives me an idea. What if the Zoan Devil Fruits were able to make the users the ‘perfect’ version of the animal they become. Allowing them to control aspects of their animalistic bodies. Or to amp the cool factor, it can also super-enhance the normal features of the animals into superpowers.
For example, a cheetah Devil Fruit granting inhuman speed. Or a chameleon Devil Fruit allowing for colour manipulation or invisibility.
Or, the normal Devil Fruits accessing powers that they are associate with in real life.

Then there’s a Paramecia Devil Fruit idea I had that’s activated by dancing. Don’t have a name for it yet, but basically it’s a Paramecia Devil Fruit that controls sound and air through dancing. But, I’m not sure about what the effect of the dancing is fully though. I also had the idea that by dancing, the user can control the movements of others.
Then there’s another song-based Devil Fruit idea I had that’s basically the idea of music having different effects depending on what song it is. For example lullabies make those who hear it sleepy and lethargic but doesn’t force them to sleep, an energetic song can increase the listener’s stamina and offset fatigue but not pain, and metal/rock songs release shockwaves of sound. It’s mostly a support type Devil Fruit I guess.
Oh. And when I saw the Mochi Mochi No Mi. I had an inspiration for a chocolate Special Paramecia Devil Fruit. But thought that would be weird.
Then there’s this Paramecia Devil Fruit idea I had that’s basically the idea of a ‘magic wand.’ The user can manifest ‘wands’ that can do one thing. Only ten wands can be created at a time. And there are certain things it cannot do like revive the dead, mind control, turn people into one thing or another. But it can replicate certain Devil Fruits. For example one wand can change people’s clothes into something else, usually more fancier. Another wand can turn things into a vehicle. Another wand can summon small objects it has touched with the tip of its wand etc. It has transmutation properties, yes. But does not work on humans.
So, basically what I’m asking is that since some Devil Fruits are quite..... Lame. I’m asking you guys what would you change about them that would make them less lame. An example of this would be the Jake Jake No Mi/Jacket Jacket Fruit. I had this idea of the user not only becoming a jacket, but hiding inside of things that are non-living like a statue and wear it like a jacket. Becoming an armour of sorts.
But, what do you guys think?
Can be canon, non-canon or fanon. For me I like the aesthetic of being a divine wolf and having ice powers on top of that so I would definitely consume Yamato’s Devil Fruit.
I’d also actually want to have a Devil Fruit based off of another mythical bird. Like the Yatagarasu or something.

I’ve been very interested in the objects that turn into animals via Zoan type Devil Fruits and I’m wondering what would have happened if it ate any of the Hito Hito No Mi models. So, what do you guys think?
@ASimon24 Really? Sorry I can’t tell if someone teases me or not. Nor can I understand sarcasm. So I usually takes things literally. But I understand how someone can get confused by my question as I did not properly clarify it. I will attempt to make the question more clearer for people in the future.
@ASimon24 I think I forgot to clarify. The question is if you could tell any character in one piece something, at any moment in time of the story.

@Marcus Mattson Can Mantis Shrimp even survive up in air? I know Axolotls are amphibious and Kaido’s Devil Fruit really doesn’t count since he’s a Dragon and not a full on fish.... But doesn’t a shrimp need water? Unless you can say that this Devil Fruit allows you to breathe in water and not swim it, then I guess it’s fine.

Basically I’m asking you guys what you would say to any character in the story, at any point in time of the series. Whether it be way back to Toki’s time or the current manga events.
Personally, I’d probably give Ace some stuff that happens in the future before he died. I’d tell him that things will turn out all right for Luffy, and that Sabo will be the one to inherit his Devil Fruit. Sure it’s not much. But at least he deserves to know about the future before he died, right? I’d probably tell him all of their exploits and everything else that happened after his death. And he could promptly go on his way. Knowing that even if he died. Someone would be there to remember him. To carry on a legacy. A promise. All that stuff.
For me, I’d want to see something like a new Paramecia. We haven’t had one in a while. Maybe we could see the Fruit form first and then have Nami try to sell it for lots of money or auction it off. Which would end up in the hands of the Blackbeard Pirates or something. I don’t know, just an idea. What about you guys?

For me; it’s hard to pick just one Paramecia Devil Fruit. Because they’re all so cool. Except for the Jake Jake No Mi. Would never in a million years eat it. I don’t want to be a jacket. I’d rather be able to become mochi. Or stone. Or even become a female! That sounds much more interesting than a jacket!
But it if I had to pick, I’d probably take the Soru Soru No Mi, so I could take a criminal’s lifespan away and make scary looking monsters to increase my army. That will do my bidding, like getting my laundry done and stuff. It’s also useful for making friends in the literal sense. Another Paramecia type I’d take is the Shibo Shibo No Mi. I actually want to try out what a lava rock tastes like now after seeing it in the anime. And of course the Hana Hana No Mi, cause it is really useful for multitasking.
If its non-canon I’d like to have the Raki Raki No Mi, I’d want to be lucky. Or maybe the Hiso Hiso No Mi. I’ve always wanted to know what animals say behind our backs.

So I had this thought about which of the Three Haki types were the best. And to be honest I was leaning on a little to Haoshoku, but then I thought; “Ah, but wouldn’t it be great to be able to sense when someone was coming with Kenbunshoku Haki? Then I’d be more capable of running away from awkward situations!”
But enough about my opinions, what about you guys?
I’d want to see a Devil Fruit based on an Ant. Ants are quite strong, being able to carry between 10 and 50 times their own body weight.
Realistically I’d probably take a Devil Fruit based on the Secretarybird. Their kicks are pretty powerful you know. I’d be a bird version of Sanji minus the fire powers.
