So as Magellan works for impel down so he also works for the navy so could akainu get Magellan as say an admiral also someone like lucci as them two can be great admirals in my opinion

Imagine if sanji had the mera mera no mi so he can turn into fire so he could use diable Jamie on all parts of the body and even create fire fists like ace and sabo. He would also be a good pika pika no mi user at teleport with the light and then attack with diable Jambe

Okay so the rules for the crew building are as following. You can have as many division commanders as wanted. Also any non devil fruit users added can have a devil fruit of your choice say mihawk you can have him with the mera mera no mi and that’s it
