(This is old WB), I'll give it to Aokiji and Akainu. I wouldn't bet against their chemistry, and their Devil Fruit powers together make them nearly unstoppable. WB & BB are very strong, but I don't think they could handle the former admirals teaming against them.

I'ma have to go with Gear 5 on this one. Along with a great design, Luffy gets toon force too? While Haki is a very entertaining concept, it's not really comparable to Gear 5 to me.

A female character that powerful (besides Big Mom), would be good.

Zoro mid-high difficulty. Even though him and Sanji have gotten closer over the years, Zoro would still kill him (almost easily) if they got into a deathmatch.
