Yeah but the powers he gained were properties of rubber and Shanks did call it the Gomu Gomu no mi so he prob thought it was rubber paramecia fruit. Also he only gained Nika powers after he awakened his DF and got G5 so it's safe to assume he prob didn't know anything about it, whereas with Kaku it was obv a giraffe zoan with no hidden abilities.
Luffy's df is the only one where they 'changed' it's name from the Nika Nika no mi to Gomu Gomu no mj.

Meaning all users have to take a risk and find out their DF powers unless there was already a previous user of the fruit which would explain why BB knew the Yami Yami no mi powers and Kaku didn't know his.
X Drake, both have an X on their chin meaning it's almost definitely him in Dressrosa.
Lots of these characters are featless so we can't say if they truly are the strongest since Xebecc and his crew all literally got beat by Garp and Roger alone, same goes for Benn Beckmen since again we don't know 🤷♂️
Also I'd put Luffy at Yonko level considering Kidd and Law beat Big Mom and since Luffy is stronger than them he should also be able to beat Big Mom too, not to mention his clashing with Kaido rn.
Another thing I'd change is that I'd put Yamato above Zoro, Law and Kidd.
