Barrier can make an invincible (from what we've seen) substance, and if barto used right, could be absolutely lethal

All bartolomeo has to do is make huge barrier circles to defeat the soldiers, and wires made of barrier can connect them together.

But Cracker's cookies arent as strong as the barrier Bartolomeo can make. Bartolomeo can just use Barrier Bull to push them all away. The size of the barrier he can make can quickly overwhelm all the soldiers. And i doubt the soldier cookies can move very fast
