@TheLegand27S I think that you make a huge shortcut in your thinking. Fighting Luffy Gear 5 doesnt make you equal to him. WE Saw that even when Luffy didnt used all his Haki thé fight was unilateral. Lucci just couldnt keep UP.
Lucci aint Gear 5 level fighter. Its the last PU of Luffy that out him in Yonko tier. Thé simple fact that you put Lucci on that level would mean hé could fight a Yonko, wich he cant.
Zoro on thé others hand was a Lucci tier fighter. They both struggled, but Zoro showed superiority and ended UP winning, but bleeding, panting and needing Jinbei to carry him.
Luffy > Zoro. In every single aspect of a fight.
For the Zoro and Sanji part, I' ll just give you this.

Is it really impossible to go from Commander to the current level admiral? Less than an emperor but more than a commander. You need to wake 1 Haki ( commander seems to have at least 1 Haki awoke )and train your others skills. Totally possible in two years of training. Ryu doesn't care about charging an entire nation on his own. He was ready to face all the alliance, plus 3 dude of 3billions each, but fears Kaido.He isn't affraid about the group, he is about individual power of Kaido. Just next he got scared by Akagami. There is always pathes to interpret the fact, but it becomes very difficult when they are many.
More generally, this is what we got concerning MF:
It says " a fight between Kaido and Red Hair. Such situation could degenerate at any moment. Ordinary, it wouldn't be such a big deal but seas are precarious... we shouldn't face WhiteBeard. The entire world can feel it. Quick ! To the HQ (Yes sir !)" They are afraid, they know they can't handle a Yonko like Kaido and WB at once. That only should make you realize that 3 admiral aren't capable of taking down two emperor. They cannot have the same level individualy so. When you cross it with the next element, you can see a pattern here, of what power scaling Oda wants to share.
If we focus now on WB and Akainu, you will see that the only thing that can make you say Akainu was equal or stronger is the wounds the Admiral inflict to WB. But when you consider the wound that Squardo inflict, you have to admit at list that they aren't a proof of Akainu's level. Besides, you can see that 2 hits is all it takes to WB to take down Akainu.

This is 3 admirals against 1 Yonko. Barrier Haki is power that allow you to block every power, if you are strong enough to master it at a certain point. Useless to say that Roger or Kaido for example would've stop everything of this attack.

Yes, an old man far from his ancient strenght. The dude had no Haki, it was mentionned by Marco when Squardo stabbed the old man. There is no glory in that. Without Marco and Joz, WB would've died from the beginning. Akainu got the first hit because WB got sick and split blood, but if Squardo were able to do so, it is not that big deal anyone could've hurt WB at this moment. So this is no proof of anything.

He didn't beat kizaru at playing chess for sure 😂. Besides Kizaru follow the orders, if he have to fight he will. And an admiral train too, they have to be ready.
If they had the level or Ryu on Wano for example. Marco would've been defeated in almost an instant. It didn't happen.
And the war was close. You can't deny that the pirates succeeded to free Ace.
Besides to a fight with WB the WG made a call to all his allies, and even so they were close to lose. That is another reason why they would have trained later.

Garp prime is Yonko level max. I think he wouldn't be sure to win at his prime, so now he will probably throw some punch in memories of good old days, but will probably be defeated Mid Diff I think.
3 admirals and WB would have died. The 3 admirals weren't strong enough yet, they were close to a first commander, as powerful as Marco and King are. But with their current level, they probably would have won the fight. WB would be defeated quickly and the three of them would go against Kaido, who would loose too.
