I think Kuro will win ngl. In an SBS, Oda revealed that Kuro can run 100m in 4-5 seconds, which is 89 kilometers per hour. I don't think that Luffy can keep up with that speed, but that's just my opinion.

Kind of weird that people vote Gura Gura over Uo-Uo. Gura Gura is worse because you might not have control. For Uo-Uo it might still be the same but it has more versatility.
Out of the three, Linlin. But my favorite? That would be Enel or Kizaru.

I say Kizaru wins, if they were actually fighting without their whole personalities. When Gear 5 will reach its time limit, if it does, Kizaru could kill Luffy right then and there, but he has a habit of drawing out fights.
If we're talking about basic Gomu-Gomu powers up to Gear 4, then Uo-Uo no Mi Model: Seiryu or maybe Goro-Goro or Pika-Pika. Gura-Gura no Mi is not the best if you don't have control and will cause lots of collateral damage. Big Mom's Soru-Soru no Mi only works if they fear you, from what we've seen with Big Mom. Or it could be like the Mero-Mero no mi.

@NLMani19 For the Kizaru part, I mean that like he looks so chill, and high, and stuff. Koby is always straight faced or happy.
