This might sound super dumb, but I feel like Whiskey Peak is actually pretty good. Even if there aren't any powerups and stuff, I feel like it had some alright emotion(mainly Vivi), and its best moment was Zoro cooking literally everybody(which is arguably a good best moment). This arc also doesnt have anything to hate about it, like Mrs. Valentine was probably the most annoying character. Most arcs have like a super annoying character that everyone hates(Saint Charlos) but this one doesnt really have any. Am I delusional?

Honestly, although the Yonkos are stronger, I would go with admirals, because if you land get onto blackbeard's crew, you're cooked. But, there are no evil admirals rn (Kizaru, Greenbull, Fujitora), and theyre still very strong.
