In my mind it still plays out roughly the same, with the beating maybe being a little less frequent or severe. Sanji might not hate them as much, but his father would still reject him so overall he pretty much comes out the same person

I think it'd help if they themselves didn't make characters so... Alluring for lack of a better word. One piece has one of the worse cases of this in shonen from what I've seen, though tbf, the element is quite strong in any of the Big 3.

Thanks. That proves nothing lol. There's a BIG difference between island level feats and continental I don't think people realise that. Your average continent is around (if you add all the sizes of the continents and divide by 7) 8138571.42857 square miles. Even assuming Onigashima is the size of say, all of Hawaii (which rounds up to 11k square miles) the average continent comes out to about 750 times the size of an island. Even taking into account the smallet coninent Australia, it's still 250 times bigger than that.

Or if you take in to account bigger island's like Madagascar (which is 230k ish square feet where most other big islands are around 200k square feet). That's still 35 times bigger not to mention Onigashima is obviously not the size of Madagascar to begin with Luffy's fist being the size of an island means nothing.

We have no reason to assume Garp was in his prime then, he was literally training. He also trained by destroying multiple mountains. Plus old Garp is not prime Garp.

WB is capable of going toe to toe with Roger's strongest attack. I'm pretty positive Roger easily dismantles a Yonko. Maybe he doesn't instantly beat Kaido, but he most definitely easily beats Luffy. Luffy's struggling with Admiral Kizaru here man. Admiral Kizaru isn't even strong enough to take on the right hand man of Shanks.

Shanks, using a weak imitation of Roger's attack one shot the man who, teaming up with someone the same level as him took down Big Mom. So yes, I'm inclined to belive WB, who's equal to Roger one taps at the bare minimum Luffy and low-mid diffs Kaido. He most definitely doesn't high diff them. Seeing how many believe current Luffy is actually on Kaido's level, if not just slightly below it, yeah. I'm pretty sure they get completely destroyed. But anyway. I'm dropping this point from this point onward as it has nothing to do with what I'm trying to prove

Also, Chinjao didn’t split ice on top of a continent. The ice WAS the continent (it’s literally called the ice continent) and it was said to be especially strong ice with some weird properties.

Breaking a layer of ice doesn't make you continent level. Yes the ice is the continent and did he destroy it? No. To be continent level you have to actually break and destroy a continent, not just crack it.

If this is a genuine continent as you say, then far into the panel isn't even that huge still. But even assuming he split it, that doesn't mean he destroyed it. Huge difference. Also, we see Garp at Full Power (the same garp that could one shot Chin Jao) when he uses Galaxy Impact... And it just destroys a city. To put things in context, even during his training Garp in his prime (who is considered one of the strongest characters to date) was struggling to destroy mountains.

Also prime Whitebeard is strong, but he’s not in a completely different league from Luffy and Kaido. He’d beat them, but it’d be a hard fight.

Oh interesting. It seems you haven't seen the show then. Although all are yonko, prime WB is one tapping both of them. The dude goes toe to toe with Prime Roger my guy. I'm trying to keep this as polite as possible, but dude you'd have to be insane to say that WB high diffs Luffy.

I highly doubt it. Roger is more or less equal to Prime WB as well, and I highly doubt Luffy will ever surpass this level. It'll probably be more like the Tanjiro never becoming the greatest DS of all time as even various hashira and Yoriichi still are above him. Or Ichigo never being the greatest Shinigami.

Luffy simply will be too young and probably inexperienced to be the strongest. Not to mention, Kaido is possibly still stronger than current Luffy is and I really don't see him closing such a massive gap in power

Hmm I see. Interesting argument you have there, but I ask you does cracking the thinnest layer of a piece of ice that is on top of a continent = a Continental level feat? I think not. And yes this is what he did. He did not break an entire continent nor destroy it. Continental= DESTROYING a continent, not cracking the thin layer of ice which he clearly couldn't do and neither could Sai.

In addition, of this is the case, why is a max power Luffy, using Bajrang Gun at his FP, only able to destroy an island?

Additionally, WB in his PRIME is only capable of planetary (assuming he can do that in an instant, which I don't believe he can, but I'll give u the benefit of the doubt here) and I think we all agree that Prime WBs strength is >>>>>>>>>> than current G5 Luffy or even Kaido. So if this is the case, how do you get them to planetary?

Finally, no OP characters have been shown even capable of moon level feats. If take statements and take their meaning completely literally with no exceptions (which isn't reliable). Luffy still comes out around Continental at max.

Just cuz a character gets stronger doesn't automatically make them another tier level up in terms of scaling lol
