@Sasukefan7849 Agreed. Current Gear 4 Luffy is deff stronger than Oden. Snakeman is honestly the best form he could use against Oden since Luffy has an attack that is almost unavoidable (Gomu Gomu no Hydra) since future sight is needed to dodge the attack. Then on top of that, Luffy in his gear four variants can coat his attacks in advanced armament and advanced conquerors haki now. Luffy's attack speed that builds into power, advanced conquerors and advanced armament, and the unavoidable attacks (since Oden doesn't have future sight) is deff enough for Luffy to beat Oden. Luffy realistically doesn't need his awakening to fight Oden.

@FusionSpell People seem to also forget the Kaido Oden fought back then was much weaker than the Kaido that Luffy fought. People seem to forget Kaido wasn't in his prime back then and was in his prime when he was fighting Luffy. Oden injured a much weaker Kaido while Zoro (who's not even on Oden's level yet) managed to scar a prime Kaido in his hybrid form (his most durable form as a matter of fact). What Zoro did was much more impressive, and yet he's still not on emperor lvl despite this. People deff need much better arguments.

@FusionSpell With there argument, Zoro might as well be yonko lvl bc he managed to permanently scar Kaido as well. XD People need much better arguments.

@Sasukefan7849 Yeah, but Blackbeard during that moment was pushing Luffy with all the diss talk Blackbeard was doing which is justified bc, well, that's Luffy's brother. Luffy then went onto not fighting Blackbeard bc he had a mission even though he could have fought Blackbeard right then and there.

Anybody voting Oden are just either Oden fans, actually think Oden is on admiral lvl (he's at best in between admiral and commander lvl), or overall hate Greenbull. Greenbull is beating this man mid-high diff at best.

@Sasukefan7849 I think a lot of y'all ignore Luffy's character. Man is not out for revenge against those who kills a loved one. He hates Akainu for killing Ace sure, but he's not trying to kill him due to it. That's my main problem with that theory when people bring that up.

@L725 Big pecks doesn't mean nothing. Have you looked at Kaido's entire body my guy? Man is practically all muscle.

@FusionSpell Big Mom did in fact use both advanced armament and advanced conquerors during the raid. She used it against Page One.

People tend to think that's just advanced conquerors, but its actually advanced armament haki coated with advanced conquerors.

Also, Big Mom doesn't have advanced observation haki from what we know. She never showed it anytime during the series, but her having advanced armament and advanced conquerors is a deff yes.

@Monkey.Dree No, he runs bc he's deff scared of opponents that are stronger than him. You can't tell me he wouldn't run from someone like Kaido if they were to fight? Even if it involves plans, HE STILL RUNS NONETHELESS! Blackbeard only fights those he knows he has a shot at beating. Ace for example he fought him 1v1 bc Ace back then wasn't all that powerful. He had haki sure, but his fruit mainly carried him due to it's AP and DC. After that, Blackbeard started running from opponents that are stronger than him. The man even begged for his life when he fought Whitebeard after he got caught lacking due to his overconfidence in his fruits which is also his main weakness. That's why I said Big Mom would beat this overestimated man. Big Mom has far to much going for her that scales her above current Blackbeard.

@FusionSpell People always tend to forget Big Mom never used either her advanced armament haki and advanced conquerors in her fight against Kid and Law once. The only real time she used haki against them was when she started using basic armament haki near the end of their battle. And even then, she was still tanking heavy attacks like a champ without ACoA and ACoC. She was basically giving them a fighting chance. I don't see how people downplay her so much despite this fact?

@Monkey.Dree Blackbeard tends to always run from those who are stronger than him. Man was scared of getting beat by an old, sick, and heavily wounded Whitebeard for GODS SAKE! That man is a literal coward that runs from a fight he knows he can't win. Big Mom would beat that man high-extreme diff. The only thing Blackbeard has going for him is his literal devil fruits. And even then, Big Mom is hella tanky and could deff tank some gura gura hits considering both Akainu and Blackbeard (who's durability is weaker than Big Mom's) was able to tank them.

@TheLegand27S I'm sorry, but speed IS NOT going to Whitebeard. He hasn't shown any impressive speed feats so far in the show. The only good one was him sneaking up on Akainu, and even so, that was Akainu who isn't very fast himself from what we know. Kaido has shown much better speed feats that puts him almost on the same scaling speed as Shanks. Strength I'll let you have, but speed is a deff no. If you can give me one great speed feat from Whitebeard that is at least as good as Kaido's, then I'll give speed to Whitebeard.

@FusionSpell FINALLY! Someone who puts some respect on Big Mom and giving Akainu the credit he deserves. You are now my favorite person cuz I see so many people downplaying Big Mom due to her loss against Kid and Law.

@Bússolavertical Big Mom imo so far is > Blackbeard. Only thing Blackbeard has going for him is his devil fruits which I'm sure Big Mom can get behind with just her haki.

Akainu should be up there with Mihawk and Shanks. It's stated Akainu is the strongest marine in history. This was stated pre-timeskip meaning current Akainu is at pirate king lvl. But many yonko can be argued to be on pirate king lvl (excluding Buggy, Luffy, and Blackbeard)

@Monkey.Dree I mean in a way, he still is. But he is a zoan user so he's like a mixture between being a paramecia and a zoan. Similar to Blackbeard and his Yami Yami being a logia but don't give him intangibility. Same with Marco being a zoan user but has the properties of a logia due to his almost instant regeneration/healing.

Then I guess I'll consider Shanks, Roger, etc swordsmen since Oda stated it. It is what it is.

@Marcus Mattson Then since you're making that point, is current and pre-timeskip Akainu stronger than Roger and prime Garp? I never said I wanted anything to be true, I said I'm trying to prove a point.
