I hope not, the fact that he's a top tier despite not being chosen by destiny, makes him more impressive and a better character. Conqueror's is the ability I dislike the most in OP because you have to be born with it, Sakazuki being a top tier without it shows that he has trained both his Haki and his DF to the max. He's the epitome of hard work.

Garp clearly stated Kuzan was holding back, Kizaru outlasted G5 Luffy despite Luffy not even being his target. It was even insinuated by Oda that it was Kizaru himself who gave Luffy food for Luffy to recover.
The Admirals during Marineford barely put in any effort, Punk Hazard is what happens when an Admiral goes all out. Sakazuki was easily holding WB back the whole time, WB had to sneak on Sakazuki while Sakazuki was distracted to finally land a hit and despite the sneak attack, Sakazuki still managed to get back up and mortally wound WB.
Like I said, nobody in One Piece can take on two Admirals at the same time and defeating one would be extreme diff at minimum by a top tier (Kaido, Linlin, etc.) if they even manage to do it.

To answer, the Admirals win and it's not even close. Nobody in One Piece can take on 2 Admirals at the same time, much less three.
All I will say is that Kaido died by Magma and there's only one team that has the Magma man.
Besides, Katakuri is nowhere near the level of either WB, Linlin or Sakazuki. Sakazuki's team is also the only one with 3 Top Tiers, Teach might be close but I doubt he's on their level for now.

Luffy himself has stated many times that he is NOT a hero, nor does he want to be one. The Marines, like them or not, are the good guys. Like any organization, there are those that are corrupt and like every Government, the worst ones are at the top. The Gorosei and "nobles" are like our politicians, you cannot blame the Marines just because the ones that sign their paycheck are garbage.
Luffy is a pirate, he does selfish stuff and does not care about the consequences. He went to free his brother, a criminal that got caught, and while doing it, he helped many criminals, amongst them many psychos, mass murderers, **pists, etc. In the Impel Down saga, at least to me, it was pretty obvious that Magellan was the hero of that arc, and Luffy the villain.
Want black and white morality? watch Disney movies. One Piece is not a black and white story, it's a story that while children might be able to enjoy it, us adults can also make parallels with the real world and analyze it.
